Team up at the Sarasota Walk! Ask your co-workers, club members, family, friends, and neighbors to join you. Form a team from the office or a team of family members, friends and neighbors to help us raise awareness of pancreatic cancer in our community.

How?

It's easy... all you need is a minimum of five team members and one team captain. Registration fee is $20.00 per participant.

Register a Team
|
| |
- Request a Team Registration Packet. Email: swteam@sarasotawalk.org
- Recruit your team. A minimum of five members plus one captain.
- Create your team name and complete the Team Registration forms.
- Register your team before Monday, September 13, 2010

Team Packet

Each team captain and member will receive a team packet which includes: our special Sarasota t-shirt, awareness card, purple wristband, and their personalized team cap.

Morning of Sarasota Walk
|
| |
Team captains should check-in during pre-walk activities (between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.) and pick up your Team's Packet. Team Check-in booth will be located next to the Register Today booth.
