Form a Team !

 

Team up at the Sarasota Walk! Ask your co-workers, club members, family, friends, and neighbors to join you.  Form a team from the office or a team of family members, friends and neighbors to help us raise awareness of pancreatic cancer in our community.  

 
 
 

How?

It's easy... all you need is a minimum of five team members and one team captain.  Registration fee is $20.00 per participant.

   
 

Register Your Team - By Monday, September 24

    1. Request a Team Registration Packet. Email: swteam@sarasotawalk.org
    2. Recruit your team.  A minimum of five members plus one team captain.
    3. Create your team name and email or mail the Team Registration Form by September 24.
    4. Mail the checks and Team Captain Record by October 1:

Team Packet

 

Each team captain and member will receive a team packet which includes: our special Sarasota t-shirt, awareness card, purple wristband, and their personalized team visor.    

   
 

Morning of Sarasota Walk

 

Team captains please check-in during pre-walk activities (8 a.m. to 9 a.m.) and pick up your Team's Packet.  Team Check-in booth will be located next to the Register Today booth.
