Pre-registration fee is $20. Participants who pre-register will receive our specially designed Sarasota t-shirt, a purple wristband, and our pancreatic cancer awareness card. Please be sure to go to the Check-in booth prior to the Walk and pick up your reserved t-shirt packet.
Monday, September 20 is the deadline to pre-register. You may pre-register by mail (see below).
To pre-register by mail, please click "Print Form" at the bottom of the page. Mail your completed form with a check made payable to: PCAF or Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Foundation; PO Box 2111; Sarasota, FL 34230-2111
To pre-register using a credit card, online preregistration will be made available soon.
You may register the morning of the Walk. However, we encourage participants to pre-register to reserve a t-shirt and your size. We can not guarantee a specific t-shirt size or if t-shirts will be available when registering the morning of the Walk.
Morning of the Walk:
Pre-walk activities begins at 8am, Walk kicks off at 9am
Participants who pre-register please pick up your reserved packet at the Check-in booth prior to the Walk
One hundred percent (100%) of donations to Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Foundation raised from the Sarasota Walk will help fund research for pancreatic cancer.
